For this assignment, you will create a detailed budget for your project that is in a suitable format to be presented to the project sponsor or executives. There are two ways to approach this assignment. If you would like to append your budget to your WBS document, leverage the table format found on page 245, figure 7.1 of your textbook. Change the "workdays" column to read "work hours." Or you can use the provided template. Load all work package tasks from your WBS (unit 4) into the table. Remember, you were required to have at least 25 work package tasks in your WBS. This means at minimum 25 work package tasks will be included in your detailed budget.
