For this assignment, you will create a self-completion questionnaire for the quantitative research project of interest you described in the Unit II discussion board. As discussed in the Unit III study guide, a self-completion questionnaire should be comprised of three parts: 1) the cover, 2) the instructions, and 3) the survey items. Construct these three parts by responding to the following prompts: Part 1 The Survey Cover State the problem(s) to be solved. Describe the population of interest.
