Your boss has chosen you to pitch an idea of how to fix a problem at your work. He/she wants you to put together a powerpoint (ppt) presentation on how your business can address an issue that is hurting your co-workers and/or customers. The audience of this presentation is your boss and/or management team.

Choosing your topic

Choose a real issue at your work that you are passionate about, and make sure that it is a solvable issue. Do not choose a problem where you have no ideas for solutions. Make sure it is a subject that can command a 4-6 minute ppt presentation.
