For this assignment, you will interview a person about their consumer

behavior decisions and consumer experiences, with a focus on the domain of

food consumption (DO AN ICECREAM STORE). Please try to interview the person in a food context

their kitchen, for exampleif possible.

For this assignment, you get to develop your own interview script, in which

you will develop the specific questions that you want to explore with your

interviewee. The following topics should be covered:

1. Wants & Needs (the expanded Maslows model)

2. Self-Concept Dynamics & Personality

3. Social Influence

4. Consumer Decision-Making

Prepare some questions before the interview, but also look for opportunities

for follow-up questions during the interview.

You should also use verbatim quotations from your interview as support, but please dont rely on

those to tell the story: I am more interested in your analysis of what your

interviewee says.
