For this assignment, you will research an article from a reputable source that details how businesses are using analytics, data, and$/$or quantitative methods to drive their business decisions. The topic area is entirely up to you and your interests. The article does not have to relate directly to the material we have covered or will cover, but it must focus on quantitative aspects of business in some way. If you are unsure whether your article is appropriate, please email it to me for approval.

Once you have read the article, develop a summary of the article and a critical analysis of the content. The analysis should feature what you found particularly interesting from the article and your informed opinions on the topic based on your experiences $($both lived and learned$)$ with the subject matter. In most cases, you will need to consult various sources in order to develop a well$-$rounded perspective on the topic.

Guidelines

Your assignment should be submitted as a $3-$page paper $($typed$,$ double$-$spaced, $12-$point Times New Roman font$)$ that features a summary of one page and a critique of two pages. Your summary should not exceed one page.

In lieu of a paper, you can develop a $3-5$ minute narrated PowerPoint presentation that provides a summary and critique of your article. You must narrate over the presentation, you cannot simply submit a PowerPoint file.
