It is important that you understand what a fact table is and how it may differ from say a dimension table. Fact tables simple store facts about your dataset. You should create a sample fact table using at least four columns of data from the Excel file. At a minimum the student submission should include the following content:

Description of how a fact table differs from a dimension table.
