For this discussion, assume you have been charged with developing a balanced scorecard for an airline. For your initial post, select two measures you think would be important to include in the balanced scorecard. For each measure you choose:

1. Indicate which of the four perspectives to which it would belong
2. The objective for measuring that particular measure
3. How achieving good results for the measure would either lead to improved performance in a measure in the following perspective or how it may have resulted from performance in the previous perspective.
