Question:
For this Discussion Board, you will watch the following two TV clips and then, by going through the first three elements of fraud (you don't have to discuss injury), determine whether fraud occurred. Post your individual responses by Wednesday at noon (if possible). After everyone in your team has posted, review their answers and let me know if any changed your mind. You will need to submit both posts by Wednesday at midnight.
Please watch/read the following two scenarios.
Scenario 1: Classic Brady Bunch-

Scenario 2: In this scenario, you enter into a K to buy the house of your dreams. After the K is executed, you move into your new house. You are getting ready to go to bed one night, when this happens (FYI for those who hate horror films- the clip says it is "truly terrifying", but it's not bad)-

Afterward, you discover the house has a reputation in the local community for being haunted. Also, you find out a murder occurred in the house at some point in the past. The seller (the previous owner of the house) never disclosed this information to you prior to the house sale; but you also never asked the seller about crimes or hauntings in the house.
Scenario 1 Posts:
Use the elements of fraudulent misrepresentation discussed in the lectures to post an argument that fraud either occurred or did not occur in this scenario. For purposes of your post, assume Greg's friend entered into a K with Greg to buy the car.
Scenario 2 Posts:
Use the elements of fraudulent misrepresentation discussed in class to post an argument that fraud either occurred or did not occur in this scenario.
Hint: Each scenario centers around one element of fraud in particular, but be sure and identify all the elements of fraud in your post.
