For this discussion I would like you to review the Butler case. It is described in this module's powerpoint presentation. I would like you to comment on obscenity laws.

How can we tell the difference between obscene pornography, acceptable pornography and art? Your readings and presentation examine a few ways to make this judgment (community standards, harm principle, artistic expression etc). Your postings should include a discussion of these ideas.
