The table lists common disciplinary problems in the workplace. Identify at least one disciplinary problem that you have recognized in your workplace. Describe the background of the issue. Then, refer to the progressive disciplinary program discussed on p. 145, and identify, to the best of your knowledge, which steps were followed, omitted, or done poorly. Finally, identify the outcome of the situation....was the discipline issue resolved and the employee stayed employed at the organization? Or, was the employee discharged?
