For this Discussion we are analyzing Amazon. Using either a FMECA approach or some other appropriate RCA tool, identify five risk treatment actions you would recommend to senior leaders at Amazon to ensure Amazon continues to provide rapid delivery of consumer products across the United States. Things to thing about: What could prevent Amazon from being able to successfully deliver products on a daily basis and what are some of the things Amazon could do to mitigate the chances of failure. This could include: Transportation/Delivery, Software/Website operations, Warehouse Operations, Personnel, and Vendor Relationships. These are just a few, but you can see there are many things that could become an issue if not addressed.
