Scenario:

You lead a team of approximately 10 teachers who all teach the same subject. The team has decided that the book being used is too expensive and would like to select a new textbook that is more affordable for students. A new book would have to be as effective as the previous book, which means that it needs to cover all of the same material and the instructors must all, or mostly, agree on the book. You must create a task force (group organized to complete a task) that will research the books, discuss their selections, collectively decide which one to use and present the results to the department.
