A Division operates at least one department and might have many departments underneath it but each department is operated by only one Division.

A pharmaceutical company manufactures one or more drugs, and each drug is manufactured and marketed by exactly one pharmaceutical company.

Drugs are sold in pharmacies. Each pharmacy has a unique identification. Every pharmacy sells one or more drugs, but some pharmacies do not sell every drug.. Each drug can be sold by many pharmacies. There might be some drugs that are not sold anywhere.

Each Drug that is launched is tested by a Lab. A Lab can test zero or many drugs and each drug can be tested in multiple labs. Every drug has to be tested by at least one lab.
