3. Contingency, Situational, and Path-Goal Leadership Theories were presented in the text. Categorize the strategies for avoiding common leadership mistakes you encountered in your research into these three theoretical constructs. Can you provide an example of a strategy for each theoretical approach to leadership?

4. Evaluate your own approach to leadership. Which theoretical approach to leadership resonates most with you (contingency, situational, path-goal)? Why? What new insights into your own strengths and weaknesses as a leader do you have after approaching the topic of leadership from both a practical and theoretical perspective?
