This project consists of creating an amusement park, in the territory of your choice, on the theme of your choice (it can be a famous brand or license if you wish).

This park must be different from those which already exist nowadays, it is necessary to innovate, to find a new idea which will be able to satisfy the customers and to differentiate itself from the competition. Use your imagination and invent an amusement park that will attract customers and that does not already exist.

To help you, you can ask yourself the following questions:

What is missing in an amusement park?

What would customers like in a park in terms of rides or services?

What can I bring to an amusement park that will set me apart from my competition?

Once the theme park is in the lead, you will have to think further, that is to say, think about what will be the challenges for the implementation of this project? What environment? What goal do I want to achieve? Also, what stakeholders do I need for the creation of this project? or who do I need to animate this park?

After having defined everything, present your action plan without forgetting the time it will take you to put in place this project to create an amusement park. What would be the budget needed to reach your goal and how will you organize yourself to get there, detailed your organizational steps.

Subsequently, you must assess the risks that may be related to this project as well as the constraints.

Your presentation must be clear, that is to say well explain and well detailed in order to fully understand each step.
