For this final assignment, you will complete different weekly assignments which address the various parts of a diversity, equity, and inclusion plan. In this course, the purpose of the weekly assignments is to give you insight into your own identity, and to provide a real$-$world perspective on the issues and situations related to bias, racism, and privilege you will likely encounter in the workplace. Through these weekly assignments you will learn about yourself and what it is like to be closely involved with the issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in an organization$--$whether the organization is a large corporation or a small business. These weekly assignments will help you create your Final Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan. You will also interview a person who is involved with the DEI plan of a company or organization and submit three assignments related to the interview. Use what you learn in the interview to help you create your DEI plan.
