For this final assignment you will write a short (1-2 page) reflexive paper that summarizes your experiences working on the group assignment for this class. This will not be shared with anyone else, and is meant to help you think about what worked effectively, what could have worked better, and how you contributed to the projects that were submitted this semester. You can discuss the projects, the group dynamics, the organizational process, and your role within the group. Consider the following as part of your reflexive memo: How did your group delegate responsibilities? What was your role in completing the assignment? Did you have meetings to discuss the project? Who led the meetings? Who took notes and/or set the agenda? Did you think this worked effectively? What would you have done differently? What are three strengths you brought to the project? How did these strengths contribute to the overall success of the project? What improvements would you like to make a part of your workflow going forward? What are three things that you learned from your group mates and/or classmates this semester
