For this first Milestone you will create a two $(2)$ page memo that you will send as an email to the Manufacturing Managers and Supervisors at Acme Manufacturing. This memo provides a brief introduction of yourself to the Managers and Supervisors, giving them an idea as to who you are, why you were hired, and a brief summary that includes the following concepts from your reading from Week $2$:

Kotter$$s Step $1$ Establish a sense of urgency. Summarize the business issue that Acme Manufacturing is currently dealing with, and why it is important that it be addressed.

Define the What, from the article of the $5$ W Questions. What is the project you are working on$?$ What is business issue that the strategy you are developing will seek to address?

This Milestone submission will be an email you sent via interoffice mail to the Managers and Supervisors. As such, it can be written in $1$st person, and citations and a Reference list are not required.
