For this journal exercise, you're going to brainstorm and create a rough draft of a code of ethics for an imaginary company of your choice. Create an imaginary company in an industry that you are familiar with. Write a paragraph summarizing the company, including what kind of business, the number of employees, location of the headquarters, major projects or services and supply chain information. Major stakeholders will include shareholders, employees, customers and suppliers. Brainstorm five "core values" to be addressed in a code of ethics for this organization. Write them out and include a statement for each one that explains why it is critical to the ethics policy.
