The Devil Wears Prada is a 2006 American comedy-drama film based on Lauren Weisberger's 2003 novel of the same name. The film adaptation stars Meryl Streep as Miranda Priestly, a powerful fashion magazine editor, and Anne Hathaway as Andrea "Andy" Sachs, a college graduate who goes to New York City and lands a job as Priestly's co-assistant. The character Andy (played by Anne Hathaway) faces a number of ethical situations in the film. For the following, please discuss the ethical dilemmas presented and whether or not Andy makes the most ethical decision with regard to those situations in the film. Include an answer to the question "Was there a more ethical decision Andy could have made?" and be sure and support your responses.

B. Miranda tends to run the fashion magazine to promote her own self-interest. Which stakeholders of the company benefit from this approach? Which stakeholders are harmed by this approach? (10 pts.) 

C. What action does Miranda take at the end of the film that causes Andy to quit? How would you characterize Miranda's actions as a leader in this decision? (10 pts.)
