For this project you will complete a bid for a Real Estate Office $($see plans on Moodle$).$ You will

complete this estimate two different ways.

First, complete a rough estimate based on sf pricing provided in RS Means data book for this

office to be built in Charlotte, NC$.$

Secondly, you are to complete a full quantity takeoff with pricing and subcontractor bids

$($provided$).$

Prepare a complete Quantity Takeoff for the related work on the Real Estate Office.
