For this project you will work independently to create a personal leadership portfolio. Your portfolio must include examples of how you have developed leadership skills and experiences throughout your life past, present, and future (this involves future plans and goals to develop/enhance your skills and experiences). The portfolio can be constructed using several different formats binder, scrapbook, PowerPoint, video, web-based or you can use any combination of formats. Part of the process is providing a rationale for the theme and formats you choose to use.Your portfolio must include all of the following:A creative cover page with your personal information that captures both your theme and who you are as a leader (photo of you, name of the course, thematic information, etc.)A statement (one clear statement) and explanation (two to three paragraphs) of your personal leadership philosophyA statement of your favorite leadership quotation (with full reference to the source), an explanation of the quotation (how youthink it connects to leadership development) and a rationale for why you chose that particular quotationExamples of your personal leadership development from the past, present, and future you must have 5 distinct entries (You decide how you want to allocate those 5 entries amongst past, present and future).
