For this project you will work independently to create a personal leadership portfolio. Your portfolio must include examples of how you have developed leadership skills and experiences throughout your life $$ past, present, and future $($this involves future plans and goals to develop$/$enhance your skills and experiences$).$ The portfolio can be constructed using several different formats $$ binder, scrapbook, PowerPoint, video, web$-$based $$ or you can use any combination of formats.
