For this task, you need to implement a function called unique$\_$card$($preprocessed$\_$data$)$ which takes in the data from card$\_$details$($data$)$ function and returns two lists: UQ$\_$card $-$ a list of unique card numbers and details $-$ a list combining the relevant details associated with the individual card number in the same order. The list of details for each card should be stored in a bigger list.
