For this task, you will work with your same team to create a multimedia presentation in which you will identify a teamwork problem that you or one of your team members has encountered in the workplace. Your team will then analyze the problem and propose a solution. Your team should prepare the presentation as if presenting to the chosen organization's leadership team. Your presentation should include presenter notes, which should be thorough enough in detail to cover the information presented in your slides for those members of the leadership team not in attendance at the virtual presentation. Your team multimedia presentation (suggested length of 15-20 slides total) should include the following:

identification of a significant teamwork problem that is occurring in a team member's current work environment

analysis of the problem, including causes and effects of the problem

identification of five best practices of high-performing teams

proposal of a solution to address the teamwork problem

Each team member should contribute to the multimedia presentation, with each section of the presentation naming the team member who completed it
