For this Term Project, students will be preparing a presentation for the

Senior Management of Human Resources for the organization you have

been working with throughout this cohort. The presentation should include

the following:

$1)$ A proposed HR Scorecard that encompasses key metrics that your

organization should track to evaluate overall performance in your

organization. Each scorecard item should include:

a$.$ The rationale behind each metric.

b$.$ How the metric will be calculated.

c$.$ The source that the metric will come from, $($i$.$e$.$ applicant

tracking system, employee satisfaction scores, etc.$)$ as well as

the reporting frequency $($i$.$e$.$ daily, monthly, semi$-$annually,

etc.$).$

d$.$ The expected business results as a result of tracking the

metric.

$2)$ Justification for implementing an HR scorecard in your organization.

$3)$ Identify potential areas of resistance and$/$or obstacles to

implementing your proposed scorecard as well as a plan to

overcome the obstacles identified.
