For this Term Project, students will once again be writing a formal internal business proposal, however this will be for the organization that you have been working with throughout the cohort. Specific deliverables include:

$1)$ Identification of a minimum of three primary business challenges$/$objectives that are not directly related to Human Resource activities. Examples include: increasing market share, improving customer service and retention, global expansion, etc.

$2)$ Proposed Human Resource initiatives to address the challenges$/$objectives identified in #$1.$ The proposal should include resources needed $($human capital, financial, etc.$)$ for implementation of the initiatives. $*$Financial considerations can be an approximation.

$3)$ An evaluation plan that will address the proposed actions identified in #$2$ and should include both quantitative and qualitative measures.
