Create an estimate for each task in the WBS. It can be top-down (apportion method) or bottom-up (estimate WPs and then roll-up for the overall project estimate). You can fee free to revise the WBS from Week 3. You can also choose to do this in the PM software from Week 4 or some other one.
Explain the rationale behind your estimate and your level of confidence (risk level). What are some of the uncertainties and risks in your estimate?
