For this week's assignment, you are tasked with continuing with your signature assignment. Please view your last submitted paper (week four paper) and address all the issues, move around the content of your paper such that you have an opening introductory paragraph with its brief synopsis of what the paper will contain, a problem statement from either the CEO or the Board of Directors or someone in the hierarchy, a subsequent research statement that employees (you) would brainstorm alternatives solutions to the CEOs problem statement.
The discussions and alternative solutions are to be discussed, listed, and included in the paper. As part of the research section, a decision to implement one of the solution alternatives will be highlighted. The next section of the paper should include data.
The data section should include data types, where you would have collected the data, how you would collect the data, and whether or not sampling was conducted or would be conducted or whether it would be a sampling of convenience. Additionally, the data section would have a methodology portion describing what you hope to determine from the analysis of the data and what method you intend to use for the analysis.
Then comes the hypothesis testing. You are to include all eight steps resulting in a decision, conclusion, and recommendation. Please note that the recommended conclusion of the hypothesis testing is different from the conclusion of your entire project
Correct all the issues that have been brought to your attention, use the recommended category sectional headings. Finally, add your "makeup data." The legitimacy, accuracy, and reality of the data are not important and is not the point of this exercise. In reality, we would formulate a survey/questionnaire and obtain data by that means. We don't have the time to correctly put together a questionnaire or survey much less go out and obtain real data. But please note, in the real world collecting real-time data will be an important step in any type of business analysis.
The important point is the process by which one addresses a problem that requires data analysis to assist decision-makers determine whether the decision taken is an optimal pathway or whether there is a need to examine other alternatives. In the business world, managers are constantly having to make decisions. Someday I would dare to say that many of you will be doing just that, making decisions. Whether those decisions are optimal requires collecting, analyzing, and articulating the process by which alternatives and recommendations are communicated up the business hierarchy.
To clarify, you will needto depict the data on an Excel spreadsheetfor your signature assignment.
As always, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. R/Dr. B

Introduction
The hospitality industry is one of the largest and most important industries in the world, employing millions of people in a variety of roles and providing an essential service to travelers and other customers. It is responsible for a significant portion of the global economy, and its success is dependent on its ability to attract and retain employees. Background
The hospitality industry is a major employer around the world. In the United States, for example, the industry employs more than 16 million people, making it one of the largest employers in the country (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2020). The hospitality industry includes many types of businesses, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and travel services. This industry is highly labor-intensive, meaning that it requires a high level of staffing in order to meet customer demand. As such, employee retention is essential for the success of these businesses.
Unfortunately, employee turnover in the hospitality industry is high. According to Goyal and Hitt (2020), the average turnover rate in the hospitality industry is around 70%, which is significantly higher than the national average of around 50%. This is due to a variety of factors, including low pay, long hours, and lack of job satisfaction. Turnover can be costly for businesses, as it can lead to decreased customer satisfaction, increased training costs, and decreased productivity (Goyal & Hitt, 2020). As such, it is important for businesses in the hospitality industry to identify strategies for increasing employee retention.
