For this weeks Weekly Activity students are asked to prepare a sample team contract, based on the criteria taught in class during Week Six. The contracts are to be completed individually and are to be based on the final group project for COMM34. Each contract should include the following sections: 1)Individual Expectations a.Breakdown of Responsibilities (What tasks will you be responsible for?) b.Personal Conduct (How are you committing to behave as a member of the group?) 2)Group Expectations a.Timeline (How frequently will the group meet?) b.Communication Plan (How will you communicate with each other as a team?) c.Conflict Resolution (How will the team resolve conflict?) Things to note: -For the individual expectations section, write in the first-person -Under Breakdown of Responsibilities note the following tasks will be included as part of the assignment: Research, Script writing, Filming, Editing the video, Preparing the presentation, and giving the presentation. You do not need to commit to all tasks, but identify which ones you can be responsible for (This is simply to demonstrate your understanding of how to prepare a proper Team Contract, you are not actually committing to these tasks for the final project) -Under Personal Conduct, try to identify areas you yourself know you need to work on with respect to group projects. For example, if you have a tendency to dominate conversations, consider some ways you can make room for other members of the group. -Make sure to sign the contract at the bottom of the document -Feel free to get creative. I am not so much concerned with the content or assignment specifics, the purpose of this activity is to demonstrate your knowledge of what should be included in a Team Contract
