For your final project, you are to type up a case study based on a fictional family from a book, television show, or movie. You may use the family from your Genogram assignment (which was the Simpson) if it included a child under the age of 5. For this case study please identify a child from the genogram and a presenting concern regarding that child. Include a description of that concern, and a summary of the family's history that includes the role culture plays in that family. These discussions should link to the research and theory discussed this semester. After your review of concerns and history, discuss how you would or would not assess the child. This should include what measures you would use and why along with validity and reliability information. Conclude with a review of possible appropriate interventions and their effectiveness- this should include a summary of who would be on the assessment and intervention team for this child/family. include in-text citation as well as reference
