For your final project, you will develop a strategic plan using the Coastal Medical Center Comprehensive Case Study in the Harrison text. You will develop a PowerPoint presentation containing no more than $20$ slides to put a high level $3-$year strategic plan for CMC into action. $($You will not be presenting, just using the PowerPoint format to highlight the important aspects of your plan$)$ You are coming in as the CEO of the company and are able to set the direction for future success. You will be preparing this strategic proposal for the newly formed board who has hired you to turn things around.

The paper should be no longer than $7$ pages double$-$spaced. All elements provided below should be included. Feel free to add any additional material we have learned this semester or pull in information from outside sources. Don't be afraid to use your creativity to fill in blanks! Feel free to use the healthcare environment that we are in today as a basis for developing the plan. ie $($Recovering from COVID pandemic$)$
