Once you have selected your topic, create a white paper that includes the following information, and use each as a separate header 1-5.

• 1. Statement of goal and purpose of the organizational change
• 2. Identification of departmental and leadership responsibilities
• 3. Description of audience, including need, expectations, and potential roadblocks
• 4. Description of tools or resources needed to achieve goals
