For your organisation or an example organization provided by the assessor, coordinate three business resources.

You will need to complete the following tasks:

• Calculate and assess costs in relation to the use and maintenance of business resources
• Develop and present resource requirement recommendations
• Consult and communicate with individuals and teams about acquiring and using resources Monitor and assess resource acquisition, allocation, use and procedures
• Follow organisational policies and procedures in relation to business resource acquisition and monitoring and maintaining records.

Record evidence of coordinating the business resources by completing a report for each resource. The reports should demonstrate and explain how each task was completed.
