What is another restorative practice you could use to address the conflict your peer identified?
What effect do you think using restorative practices might have on the situation your peer described?
What benefits could vulnerability, having an open mind, and considering others have on the conflict identified in your peers' post?
A conflict I've seen would be putting friendship first on the job, creating problems like miscommunication, lack of trust and biases or differences in opinion. This type of conflict can be seen in a television series called Suits, where a group of lawyers in a big law firm in New York City have a lot of trouble trusting each other and communicating things, maybe because they are hiding something, or they are just trying to do something off the books for "the good of the firm" and that is when these conflicts come into play. If I was in a situation like that, I would try to have everybody's trust and try to understand the reason behind it and why are they doing it, so that I could come up with my own conclusion of whether I think it's a good idea or not or if I would support such a thing. It could be identified by communicating to your other partners the idea that you have and receive feedback by it and work as a group to get it done efficiently, without the plan backfiring.
