* Continually analyze data to evaluate the new process for effectiveness

Using the PI process life cycle, categorize each of the tasks listed into one of the five steps: Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.

Develop a GANTT chart that lists the five steps and the corresponding tasks that would be appropriate in the step. Remember to think about activities that are dependent on one another or that may overlap in your timeline.
