This should be focused on personal reflection and potential for growth including analysis of what you could have done better or differently for a different result. Objective 1 What do you know about group development? How have you used this knowledge in a new group? What did you do to assist the development of the group? What did you learn from your actions? Objective 2 What do you know about your leadership styles and skills? How have you used these in a group setting? What have you learned from your actions? Objective 3 What is your experience with motivation? Discuss a time when you motivated yourself and a group. What have you learned from this experience? Objective 4 What can you say about how your personality and leadership have affected a group you have been a part of? What have you learned from your experiences? Objective 5 Discuss a time that you dealt with conflict? How did you handle it and how did it make you feel? Objective 6 Problem solving and managing change is a common experience in the business world. Discuss a time that you handled a difficult situation that involved both of these elements. Objective 7 What do you feel are your greatest strengths in enhancing group process? Analyze your group experience in relation to the work you have done throughout the semester with your group. Think about all of the previous objectives and address how they played a role in your group process
