You are required to select a small $/$ medium business of your choice. Working with management, you have to develop a

risk register for the business containing the following elements:

Provide a brief description of the business with an analysis of the objectives of the business.

$2.$ Risk Classification System $(15$ marks$)$

Identify and detail the risk classification system used to develop the risk register. Clearly state the reasons for using a risk

classification system and support your choice.

$3.$ Scales for measuring risk $(20$ marks$)$

Using a qualitative approach, clearly unpack the scales in terms of measuring the likelihood and impact which you used in your

risk assessment. Please use appropriate table or tables to depict the scaling system for the risk scores.

$4.$ Risk Register $(50$ marks$)$

Develop a comprehensive risk register based on the chosen risk classification system using the template provided on the

following page
