FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT 2 [100 Marks] PROJECT TASK You work for a construction company that builds bridges. Your CEO has appointed you to lead the high profile project to build a bridge over the N1 highway near Sandton. The bridge will cost R20m and is estimated to take SIX (6) months to complete. Due to numerous accidents of people trying to cross the highway, this project has become an urgent project coming from the minister of transports office. Your CEO has entrusted you with this project due to your excellent track record. One of your most important tasks is to manage the different project stakeholders so that the ministers office is not inundated with numerous stakeholder concerns like with other similar projects that has occurred in the past.
