Identify an area in your organisation that requires improvement and then construct a Check Sheet and Pareto Chart to show the problems

D. You are requested by your manager to evaluate the graph of C and provide a comprehensive plan to improve quality. In your answer you should include the cost of quality parameters.

Strategy is an organizations action plan to achieve its mission. Heizer and Render suggest that firms can achieve their missions in three conceptual ways: - Differentiation - Cost Leadership - Quick Response Select a product or service within your organisation and demonstrate how you could achieve a competitive edge thorugh any one of the strategies listed above.
