Frank is a U.K. national. He also holds a passport from Singapore (he has dual nationality) He entered the US on August 30, 2012 as an F-1 student. He completed his studies at Arizona College and was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration on May 30, 2017. He applied for OPT. However, He did not find a job. He remained in the United States thereafter and still has not left. Since 2017 he spent a lot of time in the film industry and became a well known film producer. His most recent film, "American Cake" was nominated for an Oscar . He also produced several documentaries on parliament and the Royal Family which educate the world about the culture of the UK. In 2020, he married Fran. Fran is a Chinese national and was born in China. Fran is currently a student in valid F-1 status. Fran is now working pursuant to her OPT and her employer has told her that they are interested in filing an H-1B and a permanent residence application on her behalf.
