Use the Descriptives procedure in SPSS (Analyze>Descriptive Statistics>Descriptives) to answer the following questions about the data in Student-Data.

1. The data contain a series of variables asking students to rate the importance of various university attributes to their decision to attend UD. These variables are located in rows 13 to 23 in the Variable View of the SPSS editor. Assuming these students' responses represent the entire UD undergraduate student body, use the Descriptives procedure to describe the evaluative criteria valued by students. Look at the means and standard deviations as the basis of evaluation. Do any results stand out as unusual or unexpected?

2. Use the Descriptives procedure (or the Explore procedure if prefer) to expand brief profile of UD students by examining their self-assessments in terms of leadership qualities. In particular, look at the variables: natural_leader (Describes: A natural leader) competitive (Describes: A competitive person) risk_taker (Describes: Risk taker) curious (Describes: Curious about the world) Note the scale used to measure these attributes. As in the previous question, any results surprise? What further analyses of the data would suggest? Write a paragraph or two for each question and submit them as a Word document. Use the Copy Special command described in the first SPSS exercise to copy and paste jpg images of the relevant SPSS output tables into your paper. Do not reference output in answer that do not include in the submission
