**FROM EXCEL DATA TABLE, PLEASE HELP ME THE FORMULA FOR BELOW CALCULATION**

Divide the employees into three different groups based on their age. i) if the employee is younger than 20 years he/she should be placed in group A. ii) if the employee is more than 20 years old and less than 40, then he/she should be put in group B. iii) if the employee is more than 40 years old place them in group C.

Calculate their bonus based on their salary following the conditions given below. i) if their salary is more than 10,000 their bonus should be 5000 plus 10% of their salary. ii) if their salary is less than 10,000 but more than 5000 then their bonus should be 2000 plus 5% of their salary. ii) Otherwise their bonus should be 1000.

There are 3 departments in the company (Human Resources, Research & Development, Sales) find the age group distribution on those departments and show them in the bar chart.

Find the Gender proportion in our company and display it using a pie chart.
