In the production of a biotherapeutic drug, a suspension containing media A and RO water are added to another suspension of media B in a bioreactor B-01 as shown in the schematic below. (4) Simultaneously to Step (3), the contents of the bioreactor B-01 starts heating from 25°C to 38°C. Once the feed valves close the vessel continues to heat up to target temperature.
