It was a pleasure to meet you at the BD Handicrafts Trade Fair last month. I hope you still remember the discussions we had regarding the new office furniture that your company Partex has created, the Office Mate line. I was especially interested in the new conference table styles, office ergonomic chairs and divans. I had mentioned that I would follow up with you after speaking to my company. I am therefore writing to you to discuss our possible partnership.

I have informed our Head of Marketing Division about your products and the markets you operate in. He has expressed his interest in learning more about your product line, and whether it will be a good fit for us to include among the Otobi furniture line we are preparing for market release in March 2022.

I would therefore request you to send an updated catalogue with the current price list that contains the details of the customer benefit offers that are available from Partex at present. It would be best if you would kindly send these documents to the Marketing Head, Mr. Rafique Raihan directly to his e-mail rafique007raihan@Otobi.com. Please keep me informed as well, so that I can coordinate plans.

I would also like to request a meeting with your Senior Manager, Mr. Raisul Islam at Partex Ltd. on 13 December at 3:00 PM at your office to discuss ordering Partex Products for sale at Otobi.
