From the third row, and sixth row in the red R code. There do not using col$=$"black" to show the colour of the point in the pca graph. It uses col $=$ data$[,1]$ insteaded, and it achieves to have another red colour. How the answer made the colour shows on the graph use col $=$ data$[,1]?$

Do i need to add some package to make it work?
