Chief Engineer: Engineering completed a Preventative Maintenance round on room 817 yesterday as it was vacant and the room is in perfect operating condition for the bride/groom
Housekeeping: The Evening Room Attendant completed a deep clean in the preassigned room 817 after the preventative Maintenance round by Engineering. I will be inspecting the room myself after this meeting as we are expecting the guest at 11am.
Food and Beverage Manager: We have the welcome VIP card from the hotel team along with the Chocolate plate all ready for the scheduled 10:30am delivery.
Sales: I plan to be in the lobby at 11am to meet Ms. Gandhi, can you please call me if she arrives a bit before that as I want to greet her in person and thank her for choosing our hotel for her wedding and confirm the time she wants to tour the conference space with me later in the afternoon.

Gabrielle, Guest Service Agent: We have the welcome and key packages all set for the guests. I will be programming all of the keys for the group at 12pm and placing them all in their prepared welcome packages. I verified the bell schedule and we have a bell person dedicated for baggage handling upon the bus arrival at 8pm.
Front Desk Manager: A reminder that the group has a late check out request, so please be sure to have their keys work until 1pm on the day of their departure.

Housekeeping Manager: We are all set and will have all rooms inspected by 3pm for all of our group arrivals, they have all been assigned our recently deep cleaned rooms and will be prepared for their late check out on Tuesday.
F&B Manager: We will be all set for them at the event on Sunday and ensure it is a wedding to remember. Reminder to everyone I have a BEO meeting scheduled at 2pm today to confirm final arrangements.
Sales Manager: I didn't hear anything about the guest arriving with the group that needs a fully accessible room. This was a very important requirement for the bride booking with us. Can you confirm this is all arranged?
Gabrielle, GSA: Yes, I can confirm that Mr. Lee is assigned to room 819 our fully accessible room. I spoke with both Mrs. Gandhi and Mr. Lee earlier in the week and all arrangements have been made.
Sales Manager: Great, thank you. Also a reminder that all room charges are going to the Master folio.
