Case Study: You work at a residential care home for Abilities Agency with 3 men. Jack is 25, Jerome is 28 and Dennis is 30. All 3 men have Down syndrome and are quite independent. The guys like all kinds of music, dancing, festivals, and singing. The agency has several homes. The guys really like hanging out with 3 ladies from the Birchwood home about 10km away. They each have a $25 a week budget for recreation and the staff budget allows $25 a week for staff expenses. You work alone with these 3 men and you have a car provided by the agency. You are expected to plan for two weeks of recreational events. If you are not working, the other staff will take them.
