Before making any changes the Hiring Process Team needs to see and agree upon what the starting point is. Future State: You will also create Future State Models to review with the Hiring Process Team. Context Diagram: Current State (4 points): Highlight are provided to indicate the root cause of problem, and the areas of improvement . Traceability Matrix: (6 points): Current State Requirements in a table, numbered, described unambiguously with traceability to your Objectives and Context Diagram. At least 6 requirements.
