Gage R&R: Perform a gage repeatability and reproducability (GR&R) study using 30 M&M candy pieces. Use the template provided in Excel to do the study. You be the expert deciding whether a piece is good or not, and use 3 other people to perform the study. After a first run, discuss with the team why the GR&R result is not below 10% and brainstorm to come up with a way that all decide the same. Perform the study again and see what improvement resulted from the test. Submit your results as a PDF file in this assignment. The report needs to show the two spreadsheets for before and after, and a write-up on what was done to improve after the before state to reach the after state. You may conduct this assignment with another student if you would like. Both will get the same grade.
