2. Write 2-4 total pages (excluding title and reference pages).
3. Follow APA current edition rules for grammar, spelling, word usage, and punctuation consistent with formal, scholarly writing.
4. Include in-text citations and matching references in APA current edition format.
5. Abide by Chamberlain University's academic integrity policy.

Include the following sections (detailed criteria listed below and in the grading rubric):

1. Introduction: Include general statements onthe role of the master's prepared nurse as a leader of a culture of excellence. State the sections of the paper and identify of the purpose of the paper.

Mission, Vision, and Values: Describe the mission, vision, and values of a selected healthcare organization (note: the organization you choose must have all three elements: mission, vision, and values statements). Explain the interrelationships of the mission, vision, and values. Describe how an organization's mission, vision, values, and organizational structure contribute to organizational culture
4. Leading a Culture of Excellence: Discuss how the mission, vision, and values do or do not reflect a culture of excellence within the organization. Describe how the advanced practice nurse leader can leverage the mission, vision, values, and organizational structure to create positive change in the organizational culture. Discuss three leadership strategies that the advanced practice nurse leader can use to support a culture of excellence. Provide support from at least one scholarly source.
5. Conclusion: Provide a conclusion, including a brief summary of the organization's mission, vision, and values and if it does or does not reflect a culture of excellence. Share your reflection on the assignment.
